Good Vibes, Great Friends, and Pickleball
Game Day Guidelines
Please be on time. If you are late, there will be no warm up time for you.
Need to duck out a little early? Totally fine if it’s just 5–10 minutes…but that’s the limit.
Sign Up Etiquette
When you put your name down, you’re holding a spot for the whole crew. Please only sign up if you plan to attend, and cancel as soon as possible if your plans change. Last-minute drops leave games unbalanced and impact everyone’s experience. Think of your sign-up as a commitment to your teammates 😇
We need to lock in players 48 hours before each session. If we’re short, the game will be cancelled per the court cancellation policies.
Our crew. Our rules.
We play for fun, for friendship, and for some spicy (but always friendly) competition.
To keep the good times rolling, here’s what we’re all about:
Core Vibes
Fun First. We love a close game, but fun’s the real win.
All Are Welcome. Newbies, champs, and everything in between.
Play Hard, Cheer Harder. Compete with heart, lift each other up.
On the Court
Best of 3 Rotations. We pair up, play best of 3, then switch. It’s helped our game and made matches tighter (in a good way).
Call It Clean. Honest calls, always. When in doubt, give it to your opponent — karma.
Stay Positive. Missed shots happen. Be kind to yourself and others.
Play YOUR Game. Comment on your own plays, not others. We are all doing our best and no one is trying to smash your game on purpose.
Hype Great Shots. Cheer for awesome plays — even if they’re against you.
Off the Paddle
Kindness Always. please - no unsolicited coaching. We’re players, not pros.
Tips are Invite Only. Want to give someone feedback? Only if they ask.
Say Hey! New face on the court? Greet ’em. Include ’em. We were all new once

Pickleball Products I love.
The Local Public Club.
If you want even MORE local Park City pickleball action…become a member of the Park City Pickleball CLUB. For: rating assessments, local open play opportunities, tournaments, and special events.
ps: I do not manage this schedule, a few of us are members but we mostly play with our crew.
